Supporting our mission to build a global community of change agents, we track gender, national origin, race/ethnicity, age, organization type, and professional background of participants in our Executive Program and Global Solutions Program—programs which by their nature are curated specifically to ensure a diversity of skills, backgrounds, and perspectives among participants.
Moreover, as part of our current diversity initiatives, we are expanding diversity reporting throughout all of our programs, with the addition of anonymously collected information such as disability status, sexual orientation, and military status. We will use this data to improve inclusiveness in our community and programming, and to increase transparency through public aggregate reporting.
