Director, Sales Operations

As the Manager of Sales Operations, Teasha is the backbone of the Strategic Relations function.  She maximizes revenue growth through the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of sales ops programs, systems and initiatives.  Teasha works on systems management, forecasting, planning, reporting and sales process optimization.

Before joining Singularity University as a Sales Operations Manager, Teasha spent nearly eight years at Sensys Networks, a Berkeley based technology company.  She was responsible for sales forecasting, data management and the alignment between the sales and support organizations within the company.  Teasha is credited with establishing the infrastructure needed to manage the company’s sales process.  This included developing and implementing Salesforce.com as the company’s enterprise tool for cross-functional operations.

In addition to this work, Teasha serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees at St. Joseph Notre Dame High School in Alameda. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.  When she’s not developing processes and analyzing data, she can be found in some gym cheering on her favorite basketball player and her favorite gymnast.
