Kris has more than 15 years of research experience with a primary specialization in qualitative methodologies and gaining insights that form an important foundation for strategy building, designing extraordinary customer experiences, and affecting human behavior in a positive way. Kris is a sought after speaker, facilitator, and high-level consultant for corporates looking to innovate on the edges of their organizations. He is one of the world’s leading experts on Exponential Organizations and the translator of the best-selling book into Danish.

Kris also launched thinkubator – a corporate, crowdfunded incubator that helps corporates work with entrepreneurs and establish their own incubator to kickstart innovation, leverage technology and deep dive into the exponential mindset. Similarly, he co-founded the innovation hub DARE2mansion – a 1300m2 Professional Playground in Copenhagen, which serves as an incubator, co-working, and event space where entrepreneurs, corporates, and academia can come together to create disruptive business.

Along with his partner Laila Pawlak, Kris is also the designer and author ofThe Fundamental 4s: How to Design Extraordinary Customer Experiences in an Exponential World. He is a Certified Experience Economy Expert and was the first recipient of the prestigious Experience Management Achievement Award outside of the US. He is adjunct faculty at Singularity University, an alumni and co-founder of the SingularityU Copenhagen Chapter.

On top of this, Kris is an advisor and investor to a number of startups. He is an external professor at Roskilde University where he teaches Experience-based Business Development, a certified coach, NLP Business Practitioner, LEGO Serious Play facilitator, and frequent writer and blogger on disruptive business, innovating on the edges, exponential organizations and customer experiences.
