Sandra Miller is Managing Director of The Angels' Forum, a group of high net-worth investors based in Silicon Valley. She manages the group's deal flow and outreach. The Angels' Forum invests in post seed-stage startups primarily in these areas: Technology, Life Sciences and Consumer Products.
Sandra also leads the Entrepreneurship Track at Singularity University where she shapes entrepreneurship curriculum development and lectures in executive and graduate studies programs. She is also an invited speaker on a range of entrepreneurship-related topics. She recently ran Singularity University's startup accelerator, where she grew the portfolio from 5 to now 30+ globally distributed startups, focused on technologies ranging from 3D printing in space, peer-to-peer car sharing and telepresence robotics. In this role, she managed strategic connections and relationships among Singularity University global alumni network of investors, entrepreneurs and innovators. She is an expert in entrepreneurship education and played a major role in the formation and growth of two world-renown entrepreneurship education programs: Kauffman Labs for Enterprise Creation and the Stanford Biodesign Program, which has been replicated around the world in more than 25 programs.
Sandra has advised hundreds of early-stage, technology-based companies and is an invited lecturer on the topics of entrepreneurship education, the commercialization of university research and related policies. Prior to receiving an MBA from Pepperdine University, she completed her undergraduate studies at San Jose State University. She is an advisor to early-stage companies in Silicon Valley.
